Relative to our advanced ages, I have only known you a short amount of time. But in that time, I've been fortunate to get to know you, learn from you, and experience your curious mind and giant heart. While most of our time together has been focused on work, my favorite conversations with you have been about Helena, your tight family, your loyal friends, and your varied passions including German cars, fine food and drinks, and travel. You're one of the most generous and genuine people I know and I'm lucky to call you a friend. I know we'll have a chance to raise a glass in the near future, but I wish you the happiest of birthdays and wish I was there to celebrate with you. Love you, buddy.
